AerosUSA is pleased to offer both of its PA 12 highly flexible and PA12-D heavy grade flexible conduits that are in stock and ready for delivery. AerosUSA is also announcing the release of a synergistic product to these conduits known as the RQMR-Move. The RQMR-Move is a unique addition to the company’s conduit clamping systems, allowing greater flexibility at the clamp in constant vibration and movement applications.

RQMR-Move is designed to be used as an integral component in the RQM heavy duty clamping system. It will accommodate conduit sizes of NW 23 (3/4 in.), NW 29 (1 in.) & NW 36 (1 ¼ in.). This product should be considered in any application where additional movement of the conduit is needed at the clamp.

The PA12 conduit is highly flexible and manufactured from high grade, specially formulated polyamide 12 materials. This product has been implemented in robotic applications requiring constant bending and flexing during manufacturing production operations. PA12 is resistant to acids and solvents, free of silicone, cadmium, halogen and has excellent flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties.

The PA12-D conduit is a thicker walled conduit designed especially for heavy outdoor and/or indoor applications with high mechanical stresses. PA12-D should be considered when there are factory conditions that allow the robot’s wiring to be exposed to impact.

The PA 12 and PA 12-D conduits can also be used in cable track / guide chain applications or where constant motion of the assembly is paramount. Belonging to the Flexa ROHRflex product range, these conduits are available in sizes NW 10 (5/16 in.) – NW 48 (2 in.).
