L-com Global Connectivity has released a new series of high-flex HDMI cables to address confined space A/V applications.

L-com’s high flex HDMI cables were designed to address applications where routing an HDMI cable through tight spaces and around tight corners is required. Additionally, these new high flex HDMI cables can be used in applications where the cable is frequently moved or flexed.

The new VHA00001 series cables feature a fully molded back shell construction providing excellent strain relief and 30 micro-inch gold plated contacts which minimize signal loss even after repeated mating cycles. Additionally, these cables support 4K and 1080p resolutions.

“We are excited to offer these new high flex HDMI cables to help our customers with tricky installations where standard cables won’t cut it. In addition to their high flex capabilities, these cables also offer all of the same features found in standard high speed HDMI cables,” said Brian Gates, Product Manager.
