The 62nd International Wire & Cable Symposium and Conference has released its conference program, for the event to be held November 10-13. Organized by IWCS Inc., a non-profit organization, the annual event presents the latest technologies in product design, materials, applications and processes in a symposium format. Additionally, the IWCS program includes Professional Development Courses providing tutorials on basic and emerging technologies, presented by industry experts. The event also features the latest developments from industry suppliers in a Suppliers’ Exhibition.
The Professional Development courses will cover the following, and will allow attendees to learn basics about wire and cable selection and design. They include:

- Fundamentals of Optical Fibers & FO Cable Design & Applications
- Selection & Use of Materials in Wire & Cable

- Fundamentals of In-Building Distributed Antenna Systems
In addition, two days of conferences will present everything from fiber reliability and maintenance, to copper cable design, and measurement and testing to 4G.
Currently, close to 100 exhibitors are slated to be on hand, highlighting the latest technologies and developments on the show floor.
