Cicoil’s ability to manufacture electromechanical and box-build sub-systems from start to finish provides multiple benefits to its Mil-Aero customers. Cicoil’s experienced engineering design team works as an extension of its customers engineering teams to design system integration solutions that meet the specific needs of the toughest applications. Using advanced modeling and design software, Cicoil engineers can meet the most difficult requirements of the most challenging, mission-critical applications.

Once the box-build design is fully tested and approved, Cicoil’s integrated manufacturing facilities will manufacture production quantities quickly. All systems are built by IPC-J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES and IPC-620 Space Addendum certified assembly technicians, in dedicated work cells within a lean manufacturing environment.

In addition, Cicoil’s Engineering Center is equipped with a test lab, concept assembly area and conference center with real-time video communication.

All Engineered Systems have “full-lot traceability,” and each step of the manufacturing process is documented, follows approved and controlled procedures, and offers material certification/First Articles. Cicoil retains all inspection and quality records for at least ten years, so customers can be confident that the products they receive meet every specification and quality standard required, and that we have documentation to back it up. Cicoil’s quality assurance system is certified and compliant to AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 and all Controlled Goods are ITAR Certified.
